Appshopper is a great way to browse iPhone apps by category. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. Next to the apps title you see tags that represent whether or not the app is new, updated or a price has changed.
The RSS feeds are another convenient way of staying up to date on the latest apps.

I downloaded this app yesterday. Figured for a $1, what the heck.
I am loving it!
KOI Pond is a virtual KOI Pond. You can run your fingers through the virtual water, move the lilies around, feed the fish, change the nature sounds to a few different effects, apply different water colors and set up a whole daytime/nighttime look and feel to it.
It's beautifully done with great real life sound effects. My whole family loves playing with it. Break down and spend the $1 for it. You will enjoy it.

Since the launch of the iTunes App store there are a ton of different Bible apps out there. One that caught my eye right away was BibleXpress.

At a price of $29.99 it sets itself apart as being one of the highest price Bible programs in the App store. The developer is adding more translations and will continue to do so until at least 80% of the net price is paid as royalties.

If you have an iPhone especially one of the new 3G ones as I do, it probably didn't take very long for you to realize it can suck up the battery quickly.
But there are ways to help conserve the battery. Gizmodo covered the basics on how to do this.

iPhone 3G is almost here and third party gear is coming out now. in preparation for this weeks purchase of a iPhone 3G I searched online and received some recommendations from twitter for gear. Here's what it came down to.

Previously I had several separate mail accounts on my mail.app plus a couple of gmail accounts plus I have a .mac/mobileMe account. In preparation for my first iphone I plan on getting this week I wanted a way to make my mail management easier to use and be the same on both of my Mac and my iPhone. I knew IMAP was going to be the solution but had to figure out how I was going to do it.

I use my iPod touch constantly on my lunch breaks. Watch vidcasts or movies and tv shows I downloaded from iTunes. If I'm doing this in the office I try to prop up the iPod on something so it stands in a position that I can easily watch video content on. That was getting a little annoying. So I started a search for something that would fit the need.
