My name is Darrin. I am a Husband a Father a sinner who has been saved by Gods grace. I work as a government employee. Any kind of Geekness I have is all self taught and I learn on my free time . I attend a very small church and help out with managing their Drupal website.
I'm a huge podcast junkie and listen to podcasts during my 1.5 hr commute each day. The subjects include technology, Christian, Cooking, How to's, and also audio books.
Never been good at blogs and this is yet another feeble attempt of doing one.
The problem is I'm not a good writer and I'm such a scatter brain I can't keep my focus on one thing long enough to ever complete it.
After seeing that other twitter folk I follow are at least putting up some kind of blog, I feel compelled to do so.
I chose creating this site in Drupal because it's such an awesome platform to build web pages in. I'm still a newbie in this area but having a good time at it. Special thanks to Bob, Matt and the rest of the community over at Geeks and God
Not quite sure how I'm going to use this site, but for now I will probably use it to post a little more detailed information on what's going on in my twitter world.
